Adam found yoga in January 2014 while attending a yoga beginners workshop. After one class he was hooked. Throughout his continued practice and training he has found that his connection between mind, body and breath to be constantly evolving. This awareness has translated to all areas of Adams life. Adams purpose in teaching is to share this evolutionary path with others so that they too can experience the joy in their lives that Adam has experienced with yoga.
Adam holds a 200 hour yoga certification from Dig Yoga, under the teaching of Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny. Adam's teaching style invokes the idea of putting instruction into simple terms to reach his students in a clear and precise manor. He focuses on bringing the body into good alignment while building body strength, flexibility and range of motion as well as growing the connection between the breath, heart, body and mind.
