Lana Burns is a former fashion journalist. She began her journey with yoga 10 years ago, finding it her “sanity” in the midst of a hectic New York City work schedule. A true wellness warrior, Lana has a lifelong dedication to expanding her knowledge of health and fitness. She is earning her degree in functional nutrition and is a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health-Supportive Cooking. Her desire to elevate others led her to complete her 200-hour RYT certification. She views yoga as a precious gift that she wants to give to others.
