• You are welcome to register online or just show up! Drop-ins are always welcome!

  • Please arrive 15 early for your first visit, otherwise 5-10 minutes prior to class.

  • Bring a water bottle and towel.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow for a full range of motion.

  • Take off your socks.

  • Turn off your cell phone.

  • Stay for the whole class, don't miss out on savasana!

  • If you need to leave early please inform your instructor at the beginning of class and leave prior to savasana.
