WHAT TO EXPECT:
You are welcome to register online or just show up! Drop-ins are always welcome!
Please arrive 15 early for your first visit, otherwise 5-10 minutes prior to class.
Bring a water bottle and towel.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow for a full range of motion.
Take off your socks.
Turn off your cell phone.
Stay for the whole class, don't miss out on savasana!
If you need to leave early please inform your instructor at the beginning of class and leave prior to savasana.
