Anne was introduced to vinyasa yoga by her best friend and immediately fell in love with the practice.

As a former dancer, the balance, flexibility and strength used in yoga was a natural fit for Anne. The studio became the sanctuary where she could quiet her mind and simply be. Anne believes yoga allows us to connect with their breath, open their heart and come to know their highest self. With practice, we can cultivate a manner of living where we are more compassionate, kind and present. What a beautiful thing! Her vinyasa style classes are centered around making every student feel grounded, supported, and successful. 

Anne is a Yoga Alliance certified power yoga instructor and completed her training at Core Power Yoga in Cherry Hill N.J. When she’s not in the studio, Anne works full time in healthcare business development and enjoys strength training, travel and spending time with family.
