Power Hour (60 min. Hot)
An invigorating flow sequenced to awaken the senses, fire up the core, and strengthen your mind and body. This is like our Power Flow but condensed into 60 min.
Power Plus (60 min. HOT)
A combination total body workout of yoga, cardio, plyometrics, and strength. This class is set to a soundtrack that will motivate you to do your best and move.
HIP HOP YOGA (60 MIN. HOT)
A tribe called sweat! Get ready for 60 minutes of intensity combined with heat and strength complemented by deep breathing and a calming of the mind. We ask you to step outside the chaos and embrace the fire inside. You’ll flow along to the latest beats.
Yoga SCULPT (60 MIN. WARM)
Empower Sculpt is a blend of yoga, plyometrics, cardio and optional weightlifting (B.Y.O.W). This class will help you strengthen your yoga practice, body, and spirit. Set to a soundtrack that encourages you to move, you will leave feeling energized and accomplished.

Intro to Hot Yoga (75 min. Warm)
Unroll your yoga mat and begin to build your foundation with an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga as well as begin to adjust to practicing in a heated room. This slower paced class is a great way to help you get into the flow or help you refine your yoga practice. Listen to inspiring tunes and be ready to move!
strengthen & lengthen (75 min. Warm)
This vinyasa class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, proper alignment and mindfulness. You will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility and strength, at a slower pace allowing ample time to enjoy each pose.
Morning Flow (60 MIN. Warm)
Practicing yoga when you wake up in the morning is one of the best ways to energize yourself and start your day! This is a slower paced class that warms up major parts of the body, including arms, core, hips, and legs. Set an intention for your day, breathe, stretch, and move with more awareness and ease.
SLOW FLOW (60 Min. WARM)
This slower-paced sequence is designed to warm up your body, with the focus on proper alignment, lengthening the muscles of the body, and linking breath with movement. Expect longer holds, breath work, and meditative elements to rejuvenate your body-mind-soul connection.
Yin-Yang Yoga by Candlelight (60 min. Warm)
This class combines yin yoga with a slow Vinyasa flow. The Yin portion of this class is done first with all poses done on the floor so that the muscles can relax and allow the deep connective tissues to be gently stretched. The Yang portion of this class includes a slow Vinyasa flow with a concentration on breath and alignment. This class is suitable for all levels.
Play Shop (75 min. Unheated)
In this class we’ll playfully dig into poses you like and want to try. Maybe a deeper bind, a balance. or an inversion. Questions and open dialogue are encouraged. Let's work together to encourage and support one another. This class is designed to be organic and fluid, fun and informational. And, ALL about PLAY!
Recharge Power (75 min. Unheated)
Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures (seated and/or standing) that focus on stretching and breathing. This class is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind and body a well-deserved moment of rest & reflection.
Yin Yoga (75 min. Unheated)
A nourishing and meditative practice that targets joints and connective tissues, cultivates self-awareness, reduces stress, and improves energy flow. All poses are done on the floor and held 3-5 minutes. The extended holds combined with mindful breathing create deep physical and mental release. It’s an excellent compliment to an active yoga practice or exercise.
Yoga Nidra & Sound Bowls (60 min. Unheated)
Rejuvenate, release and relax through a Yoga Nidra guided meditation. You will be captivated through the sacred tones of crystal sound bowls as we journey together through healing and sound.

This is a great way to try a class, new teacher or simply make a sustainable yoga practice on a budget. These classes are taught by recent yoga teacher graduates. Come support our new teachers and have some fun!
