WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Register online and then show up!

  • Please arrive 15 early for your first visit, otherwise 5-10 minutes prior to class.

  • Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel.

  • Come with an open mind & ready to have fun.

  • Wear clothes that allow for a full range of motion and that you are comfortable sweating in.

  • Take off your shoes & socks.

  • Turn off your cell phone. Please leave them in the cubbies.

  • Stay for the whole class, don't miss out on Savasana!

  • If you need to leave early please inform your instructor at the beginning of class and leave quietly prior to Savasana.
