This yoga class will fire up your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll feel empowered and ready for whatever life throws your way.
Power Hour (60 min. Hot)
An invigorating flow sequenced to awaken the senses, fire up the core, and strengthen your mind and body. This is like our Power Flow but condensed into 60 min.
Morning Flow (60 MIN. Warm)
Practicing yoga when you wake up in the morning is one of the best ways to energize yourself and start your day! This is a slower paced class that warms up major parts of the body, including arms, core, hips, and legs. Set an intention for your day, breathe, stretch, and move with more awareness and ease.
Warm FLOW (60 or 75 Min. WARM)
Synchronize your breath with movement in this Warm Flow class designed for those who want the benefits of the heat without the intensity that often comes from our hot power classes. You will open and stretch your muscles with slower paced movement, careful alignment, and conscious breath work. Leave feeling invigorated with a true mind, body, and spiritual connection.
Play Shop (60 min. Unheated)
In this class we’ll playfully dig into poses you like and want to try. Maybe a deeper bind, a balance. or an inversion. Questions and open dialogue are encouraged. Let's work together to encourage and support one another. This class is designed to be organic and fluid, fun and informational. And, ALL about PLAY!
Yoga Sculpt (60 MIN. Warm)
Yoga Sculpt is a blend of yoga, plyometrics, cardio and optional weightlifting (B.Y.O.W). This class will help you strengthen your yoga practice, body, and spirit. Set to a soundtrack that encourages you to move, you will leave feeling energized and accomplished.
BYOW = Bring Your Own Weights, light weights.
Yin-Yang Yoga by Candlelight (60 min. Warm)
This class combines yin yoga with a slow Vinyasa flow. The Yin portion of this class is done first with all poses done on the floor so that the muscles can relax and allow the deep connective tissues to be gently stretched. The Yang portion of this class includes a slow Vinyasa flow with a concentration on breath and alignment. This class is suitable for all levels.
Restorative Movement & Meditation (60 MIN. Unheated)
This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. We will promote relaxation through Pranayama (breath-work) and meditation techniques, all to the soothing sound of the tongue (hang) drum.
Ideal for those who are looking for a more restorative flow as a way to balance mind, body and spirit. A classical practice, the classes are formulated to bring relaxation using fundamental postures. Enjoy live music by an experience drummer who will serenade and heal your soul with the tranquil vibrations of his tongue (hang) drum.
