Meg Wolf (she/her)

Meg first started yoga back in middle school as a field day activity. Intrigued by the practice she sought it out in local gyms and bought yoga DVDs to practice along to at home. Her love for the practice grew even greater after college when she took her first class at a hot vinyasa power studio. The heat, yoga practice, and community combination provided a safe place to work out stress, anger, and get in touch with her true self. This inspired her to become a yoga teacher and to help others find comfort and release on and off their mat.

Meg completed her 200hr teacher training at Empower Yoga! A valuable experience that taught her so much about herself, how to teach yoga, finding your own voice, and yoga philosophy. Her classes focus on accessibility for all bodies, building strength, and helping people connect back to themselves through their yoga practice. She also holds a master certification in Reiki and uses this skill to channel good energy to the class.

During the day Meg works as the Manager of Learning & Development for a global company, she is all too familiar with the corporate grind and hustle. Her yoga classes offer professionals a chance to break free from the stuffy office routine and find ways to de-stress and have fun. Meg will often make jokes during class to remind students its ok to play at any age!
