Samantha Benson has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. What had begun as a simple physical exercise, slowly over time, became a guide for all things. One of the things Samantha feels most grateful for, besides family, friends and health, is the practice of yoga and its ability to reduce stress and help the brain remain calm and focused.

Samantha completed her 200 hour Teacher Training at Jaipure Yoga in Montclair, NJ where she had the privilege of learning under the tutelage of Marcie Wallace and Loryn Riggiola.

In May of 2016, Samantha began her 500 hour teacher training journey at Yoga Stream under the guidance of Lara Heimann where she is learning and growing immensely in her physical practice and general body awareness.
