Samantha’s classes are a dynamic blend of rest and play, yin and yang. Her inspiration for each class is to make yoga accessible to every body. Samantha's classes aim to nourish the body, mind, and spirit through conscious breathing, body appreciation, and the power of intention.
She believes our reactions to challenges on the mat are reflective of our reactions to challenges off of the mat and in our lives. When we listen to our bodies and show ourselves love, we ultimately enrich our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Samantha has taught hundreds of yoga classes and continues to inspire mindfulness and body positivity across all ages.
In addition to being a yoga teacher, Samantha is a registered dietitian, one of the highest qualifications for nutrition professionals, with a specialization in integrative nutrition, functional medicine, and Ayurveda. She blends Eastern and Western philosophies with both her yoga students and personal nutrition clients in order to nurture and balance body, mind, and spirit. When she is not teaching or working with clients, you can find her creating in the kitchen, tending to her honeybees, practicing Ayurveda, and exploring nature.
