Power Flow (75 min. Hot)

This yoga class will fire up your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll feel empowered and ready for whatever life throws your way.

Power Hour (60 min. Hot)

An invigorating flow sequenced to awaken the senses, fire up the core, and strengthen your  mind and body. This is like our Power Flow but condensed into 60 min.

Morning Flow (60 min. Hot)

Practicing yoga when you wake up in the morning is one of the best ways to energize yourself and start your day! This class will help you warm up major parts of the body, including arms, core, hips, and legs. Set an intention for your day, breathe, stretch, and move with more awareness and ease.

MOBILITY FLOW (60 min HOT)

Mobility Flow is a type of yoga that focuses on improving range of motion, relieving stiffness/pain and deepening traditional yoga postures. Mobility Flow will build strength, awareness, and harmony in both the mind and body, while improving mobility by promoting joint health and releasing tension.

Expect classes that focus on:
• The hips
•The thoracic spine
•The ankles
•The wrists
•The shoulder joints

Half Power Half Yin (60 min. Hot)

Push your edge and challenge your mind. This class is half power yoga and half deep yin stretches for the ultimate full-body reset. With a strong focus on twists, you’ll rev up your digestion while you strengthen and open your body.

Community Class (60 min. Warm)

This is a great way to try a class, new teacher or simply make a sustainable yoga practice on a budget. Come join us for some fun!

On Demand Class (60 min)

Pre-recorded class available via a link in the clients email. They can take it anytime.

Temperature:

  • HOT classes are between 90-95 degrees (with humidity)

  • WARM classes 80-85 degrees (no humidity)

  • Unheated classes (Workshops or Privates) are between 75-80 degrees (no humidity)
