WHAT TO EXPECT:
Register online and then show up!
Please arrive 15 early for your first visit, otherwise 5-10 minutes prior to class.
Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel.
Come with an open mind & ready to have fun.
Wear clothes that allow for a full range of motion and that you are comfortable sweating in.
Take off your shoes & socks.
Turn off your cell phone. Please leave them in the cubbies.
Stay for the whole class, don't miss out on Savasana!
If you need to leave early please inform your instructor at the beginning of class and leave quietly prior to Savasana.
