Francesca Lage

Francesca was first introduced to Pilates through her dance career, where movement, discipline, and body awareness were already central to her life. As she progressed through her training, first as a young dancer, then in college, and later as a professional, Pilates quickly became an essential part of her cross-training. Its focus on precision, alignment, and mindful strength offered exactly what she needed to support longevity in her dance practice.What began as supplemental training soon grew into a passion. Francesca fell in love with the way Pilates helped her re-center and reconnect with her body. The practice offered a space to restore balance, build deep foundational strength, and cultivate flexibility. She began to see Pilates not just as movement, but as a grounding ritual, one that enhances both physical and mental well-being.As an instructor, Francesca strives to share that same sense of empowerment with her students. Her classes blend the classical foundations of Joseph Pilates technique with the energy and intensity of HIIT-inspired training. She believes in creating a dynamic, music-driven environment that challenges the body while encouraging mindful awareness. Expect intentional sequencing, functional movement patterns with an emphasis on breath that supports both power and flexibility.Francesca is certified in Hot Pilates through Hot Source Yoga under the direction of Nicole Duke. Francesca aims to create an inclusive and motivating space where each student feels supported in their journey.
