Kitty Helm
Kitty began practicing yoga at the age of 15 to supplement her dance background. She quickly fell in love with heated power yoga and the community it brought into her life. During her time at Elon University in NC, she completed her 200-Hour yoga teacher training focused on Baptist Style Power yoga and slow flow classes.
Since then, she continues to practice and teach yoga every chance she gets! As both a student and a yoga sharer, she believes that yoga is a joyful practice that serves the mind, body, and spirit. Take what you need and let go of what doesn’t serve you!
Off the mat, she is a Fellow in the Office of Sustainability at Princeton University, and she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, and cooking up vegetarian meals!
