LAURA COOK
Yoga has been a part of Laura’s life for over 15 years. She first turned to yoga as a way to manage chronic pain, and with her background in dance, she was instantly hooked. Over time, yoga and meditation became daily practices, helping her not only cope with pain but also navigate stress and anxiety with mindfulness. Through yoga, Laura has grown stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Laura earned her RYT 200 from Honor Yoga Pennington in 2017 and completed her 300-hour advanced teacher training at The Bohemia School of Yoga in 2024. That same year, she also became a certified sound healer. Teaching yoga is her way of sharing the practice that has been so transformative in her own life.
She offers a variety of classes, including yin, gentle, slow flow, vinyasa, barre, Pilates, beach yoga, private sessions, and crystal bowl sound baths. Laura strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga. She encourages the use of props and provides accessible options to ensure that yoga truly is for every body
