Elena Doryk
Elena was introduced to Yoga by taking undergraduate courses at Penn State University. She fell in love with the physical practice along with learning the background and history of yoga. Elena ended up taking all four levels of Yoga as a college course. When she entered her master’s program, she wanted to deepen her knowledge and learn more about yoga after seeing a major change in her overall well-being through years of practice. She completed her 200-Registered Yoga Teacher Training in Huntington, West Virginia at Studio 8. She has a strong background with Ashtanga Yoga and really appreciates learning more about the alignment in the body. She integrates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and meditation. She also combines strength and mobility work in a Vinyasa Flow style. When she is not in the studio, Elena is a full-time school counselor working with students in Bucks County Pennsylvania. She loves going out on the Delaware River on her boat with her husband, black lab, and golden retriever!
